South American grindcore is not really the style the most spread out there, bands are more into devilish or purulent matters so I am quite curious about this demo. The extreme poverty and the hard living conditions cannot prevent some bands like VIOLENCIA COLETIVA to create music about those subjects because they know what they’re talking about.
VIOLENCIA COLETIVA is the most straight forward incarnation of grindcore, brutal and furious with a decent sound for an underground release. I am not very fan of their kind of grindcore, a kind of screamo-grindcore with short songs and with some hardcore parts. Fortunately there are enough fast blasting parts to forget their cheap hardcore ones.
Not my cup of pus but these young grinders have enough potential to release a serious and professional release. Grind on!
