Here is an advanced 3-track promo, not an official release, but just to give an idea about their now out full length “Viral apocalypse”, I think it was dropped to zines for reviews and advertisements.
DEATH HEAVEN is a modern technical brutal death metal outfit. By modern, I mean they don’t hesitate to use unusual dissonant riffs as well as electronic samples but in a very moderated way as technicality and brutality are prior here.
I think they can be closed to some Canadian death hordes like NEURAXIS fro example, probably the closest band to DEATH HEAVEN. The voice reminds me Mike Di Salvo (CRYPTOPSY). The difference with NEURAXIS is the DEATH like virtuosity concerning the guitar solos, amazing work! The guys’ musicianship shall let occurred a decent technical death metal album all freaks into this style shall check, as well as fans of DECAPITATED, GORGUTS (2nd period) and, why not, NECROPHAGIST.
This is not my cup of beer but I must admit the DEATH HEAVEN is an undoubtedly talented band that needs a decent promotion regarding their huge potential. Prepare for a deathly viral apocalypse.
